Join Herbal Wellness Solutions – Maryland anytime between 12PM-4PM on May 19th to learn more about the MMC card process at our taproom! You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, get registered with the commission and receive your medical recommendation.

If you are interested in the MMC card then please bring the following:

Maryland drivers license
Proof of address (utility bill)
Copies of medical records / prescriptions for your current medical condition

We are offering special event pricing for the event!

$50 registration to the commission (standard pricing)
$125 medical recommendation (a $50 savings)

Please note – you will NOT receive your MMC card that night. The Commission’s application process is taking up to 45 days to process. Once approved by the state and our medical provider, your card will be issued.
