You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions\, get registered with the commission and receive your medical recommendation. \nIf you are interested in the MMC card then please bring the following: \nMaryland drivers license\nProof of address (utility bill)\nCopies of medical records / prescriptions for your current medical condition \n  \nWe are offering special event pricing for the event! \n$50 registration to the commission (standard pricing)\n$125 medical recommendation (a $50 savings) \n  \nIf you have any questions\, please call Herbal Wellness Solutions – Maryland at 240-344-8253 or send them a private message via their Facebook Page. \n  \nPlease note – you will NOT receive your MMC card that night. The Commission’s application process is taking up to 45 days to process. Once approved by the state and our medical provider\, your card will be issued.
